ADL Group of Companies25-10-2026<strong>Location:</strong> Antigua<br /><strong>Description:</strong><br /><p><strong>Primary Functions</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct daily pre-operational machinery; Adequately prepare machines for daily production</li>
<li>Regularly inspect facilities and equipment for conformance with operational standards</li>
<li>Perform all scheduled maintenance procedures Overseeing, evaluating, revising and establishing new blending protocols as necessary</li>
<li>Perform installations, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs and other general maintenance activities as directed</li>
<li>Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and emergency/corrective maintenance as directed</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or completion certificate from a recognized vocational school</li>
<li>A vocational certificate specializing in Automotive Mechanics, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction or related discipline</li>
<li>Minimum three (3) years experience in maintenance, preferably in a factory environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and automotive mechanic systems</li>
<li>Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics</li>
<li>Computer literacy</li>
</ul>
