Description:

Primary functions will include but not be limited to:

Assist the Brand Manager in the creation of marketing plans and strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness
Assist in budget development for assigned brands; Manage approved budget effectively
Design and execute approved advertising and promotional campaigns for assigned brands; Report on results of advertising campaigns
Assist in the planning and execution of regular sales presentations, sampling, and other promotional activities at targeted locations
Assist in developing effective media campaigns
Manage the production of marketing materials and literature and the co-ordination of marketing communications
Ensure strong brand presence is maintained in both online and offline channels
Ensure effective supply management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
Minimum five (5) years experience in Brand Management, Sales Management, Marketing, or similar field

Or any equivalent combination of training and experience

Proven experience in budget management
Most own reliable and well maintained transportation
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays and irregular hours during the Carnival Season
Knowledge of fundamental marketing strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Suite

Primary Functions

Conduct daily pre-operational machinery; Adequately prepare machines for daily production
Regularly inspect facilities and equipment for conformance with operational standards
Perform all scheduled maintenance procedures Overseeing, evaluating, revising and establishing new blending protocols as necessary
Perform installations, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs and other general maintenance activities as directed
Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and emergency/corrective maintenance as directed

Requirements

High school diploma or completion certificate from a recognized vocational school
A vocational certificate specializing in Automotive Mechanics, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction or related discipline
Minimum three (3) years experience in maintenance, preferably in a factory environment
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and automotive mechanic systems
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
Computer literacy

Primary Functions:

 Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of machines and equipment.
 Provide on-site training to customers on proper operation of the machines and equipment.
 Design and implement an effective preventative maintenance system for all machinery and equipment; perform weekly (or at otherwise determined intervals) inspection and servicing.
 Respond to service requests from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
 Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out corrective action and repair.
 Execute the pick-up, exchange or removal of machinery and equipment as necessary
 Manage all on-site installation, maintenance, repairs and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
 Maintain and organize inventory of all tools, equipment and parts.

Requirements:

 Passes in CXC Mathematics and English or equivalent.
 Technical degree or certification.
 Minimum three (3) years experience in general maintenance (eg plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
 Minimum two (2) years experience in dispenser services preferred but not required.
 Must hold valid Class C driver’s license and possess own clean and reliable transportation.
 High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair automated equipment
 Ability to follow strict quality process requirements.
 Able to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent self-management skills.
 Computer literacy and strong grasp of English language.
 Fluency in Spanish a plus but not required.

Primary Functions:

 Maintain schedule for regular customer visits to ensure merchandising policies are being observed.
 Manage product display at customer locations based on trends, seasonal cycles and promotional offers.
 Perform store inspections for repairs, modifications, replacements and new installations of display equipment and material.
 Validate and maintain product and merchandising stock at each assigned location.
 Execute demonstrations and perform other on-site promotional activities as required.
 Assist in set-up and execution of all the Company’s promotional activities and events as required.

Requirements:

Minimum five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English.
 Minimum two (2) years sales/marketing experience, preferably in similar capacity.
 Must hold valid driver’s license and own well-maintained and reliable transportation.
 Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays and unorthodox hours during Carnival Season.
Knowledge of fundamental sales & marketing strategies.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision; Excellent self-management skills.
 Computer literacy and strong grasp of English language.
 Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
