Primary Functions:

•  Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of machines and equipment.
•  Provide on-site training to customers on proper operation of the machines and equipment.
•  Design and implement an effective preventative maintenance system for all machinery and equipment; perform weekly (or at otherwise determined intervals) inspection and servicing.
•  Respond to service requests from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
•  Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out corrective action and repair.
•  Execute the pick-up, exchange or removal of machinery and equipment as necessary
•  Manage all on-site installation, maintenance, repairs and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
•  Maintain and organize inventory of all tools, equipment and parts.

Requirements:

•  Passes in CXC Mathematics and English or equivalent.
•  Technical degree or certification.
•  Minimum three (3) years experience in general maintenance (eg plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
•  Minimum two (2) years experience in dispenser services preferred but not required.
•  Must hold valid Class C driver’s license and possess own clean and reliable transportation.
•  High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair automated equipment
•  Ability to follow strict quality process requirements.
•  Able to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent self-management skills.
•  Computer literacy and strong grasp of English language.
•  Fluency in Spanish a plus but not required.
