Assistant Brand Manager
at Premier Beverages Limited in Antigua
Primary functions will include but not be limited to:
- Assist the Brand Manager in the creation of marketing plans and strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness
- Assist in budget development for assigned brands; Manage approved budget effectively
- Design and execute approved advertising and promotional campaigns for assigned brands; Report on results of advertising campaigns
- Assist in the planning and execution of regular sales presentations, sampling, and other promotional activities at targeted locations
- Assist in developing effective media campaigns
- Manage the production of marketing materials and literature and the co-ordination of marketing communications
- Ensure strong brand presence is maintained in both online and offline channels
- Ensure effective supply management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum five (5) years experience in Brand Management, Sales Management, Marketing, or similar field
Or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proven experience in budget management
- Most own reliable and well maintained transportation
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays and irregular hours during the Carnival Season
- Knowledge of fundamental marketing strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Suite
